Essential Network changes are happening on February 8th and 9th.
From 8pm on 8th until 6am on the 9th you will be limited from changing call forwarding set–ups. If you have requested a SIM change or price plan change in this time period then this activity is likely to take longer than normal.
Between 01.00 and 05.00 am it is expected that customers could experience a difficulty receiving calls and could experience some delays in receiving SMS also. Data is not impacted at all in this time.
