Data Roaming Cap

To help you manage your costs while abroad, we have added two data roaming caps for each customer. The first cap is set at a default of €50* and we will notify you when you reach 80% of your data roaming spend. At 100% usage, your roaming data access will be restricted, and you will receive a second notification. At this point, you must approve further data usage for that billing cycle. The second cap is set at a default of €100* or €50 more than the value of your first cap. We will restrict your access and notify you when you reach 100% of your second cap spend. After this point, if you approve further data usage while abroad, you will be liable for any additional costs for that billing cycle**.

*€50 ex.VAT, €61.50 incl. VAT. €100 ex. VAT, €123 incl. VAT

** Your billing cycle is the interval of time between billing statements. When your billing cycle resets, all of your plan allowances reset as well. Your bill will show what day of the month this resets.

If you are the account holder, you can freetext REMCAP to 50232 to remove the data roaming cap at any time.

If you are not the account holder or a business customer and part of a larger account, please speak with your company contact who can help with your data roaming options.

Pricing

Pre-pay customers will receive their roaming alerts with values that include VAT.
