Important changes to your Three Broadband plan.

Broadband Fair Usage Policy Change – Effective From 31 August 2022

From 31 August 2022, the fair usage policy will be removed from our unlimited broadband plans. This change will not affect any existing plan prices or discounts.

What does this mean?

Previously, the fair usage policy for 5G plans was set to 1000GB, and 4G plans were set to 750GB. From 31 August 2022, the fair usage policy on these plans will be removed.

Why is this happening?

In March 2020, we made a temporary change to remove the fair usage policy from our unlimited broadband plans to support our customers working from home. We are now happy to announce that from 31 August 2022, our 4G and 5G unlimited plans will no longer have a fair usage policy.

Will I have a right to cancel?

As this is a positive change to the contract, there will be no right of exit.
