Service Contract Change effective from 28 March 2017

The partial roaming service, which meant that customers could only roam on other Three networks abroad will be retired. This means that from 28 March you will be able to roam outside the Republic of Ireland on both Three and non-Three networks.

In order to roam you will need to update your phone’s roaming settings to “Manual”.

You will then be able to choose to roam on any Three network abroad or on any other network operator available.

If you do not accept these changes, you have the right to cancel your service within 30 days without penalty. You can do so by contacting us on 1913. Effective from 28 March 2017.
