Under Regulation 14 of the European Communities (electronic communications networks and services)(Universal Service and Users' rights) Regulations 2011 an operator shall, not less than one month prior to the date of implementation of any proposed modification, notify its subscribers to that service of the proposed modification in the conditions of the contract for that service, and their right to withdraw without penalty from such contract if they do not accept the modification.
From 24 November 2014 the following new Directory Enquiry Rates (inc VAT) will apply for all O2 Prepay customers when calling 11811, 11824, 11827, 11890, 11860, 11850, 11818 and 11888.

The connection charge is a minimum charge that applies to all calls and it includes the first minute. Thereafter the per minute charge applies and this is billed per second. Click here to view the current O2 Prepay rates for calls to Directory Enquiries.
If you do not accept this change you may cease your O2 Prepay contract for service without penalty. You have until 24 November 2014 to give us notice.
