5G is now free for all Three customers and will be added to all accounts over the coming months. That means you will be able to experience even faster speeds on Ireland’s fastest mobile network. 5G Data will be added to your account without any additional charge. This also applies to all business customers.
You need two things to enjoy 5G: a 5G-ready device and 5G coverage in your area.

No, it doesn’t. 5G is simply different in the way the network operates. 5G is a better data service than 4G with faster speeds. With All You Can Eat Data across our plans, you don’t have to worry about using up your data on 5G.
5G is now free and will be added to your account. You will be able enjoy 5G without charge on Ireland’s fastest mobile network. As a result, the 5G add-on is no longer available to purchase and any 5G add-on that you previously paid for is now free. Over the coming months, we will remove all future charges for the add on. No refunds will be provided.
