We would like to make our 3Money customers aware that in the coming months 3Money
will be exiting the Irish Market and will no longer be trading as a Three Ireland
product. We will be working with our product partner for 3Money, PFS Card Services
Ireland (PCSIL) on the exit for this.
Over the next 60 days up to 31st October 2021 you will still be able to use the
Top-Up facility to add money to your card, after this time the Top-Up facility
will be turned off and you will have a further 60 days up to 31st December 2021
to spend/transfer your remaining balance to your bank account. At the end of the
120 days all accounts will be closed 31st December 2021. All balances that are
currently in the wallet facility of your card will be transferred to your main
balance on day 60 (31st October 2021).

with you.

You can request your remaining balance in your 3Money card to be transferred to your
ROI bank account by emailing

You will need to provide us with a Bank Statement from within the last 3 months
where your Name, address, account number, IBAN & BIC are visible, proof of ID if
you do not have a KYC account with us. If you have changed address proof of old
address is required.
You have the following options;
You can spend the money you have on your card by 31st December 2021
and then the card will be closed
You can request the transfer the money you have on your card to your bank account
by 31st December 2021
You can withdraw your money from an ATM before 31st December 2021
The funds in your 3Money wallets will be moved to your main card balance on day 60
from the day of the communication
You can spend your balance anywhere that accepts pre-paid debit cards
